Cherries, blueberries, tomatoes, squash and bell peppers can prevent and reduce the severity of gallbladder attacks. A gallbladder attack is due to inflammation of the gallbladder, it's important to eat foods that neutralize them to help reduce the severity of gallbladder attacks.
